About the Role:

As Project Manager, you will manage aftermarket service projects for critical power customers, keeping schedules, resources, communication, documentation, and risk management on track. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, clear customer communication, and the ability to work across teams to deliver solutions safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead service delivery projects for critical power aftermarket equipment, materials, and services from planning through completion.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, providing clear updates on project status, risks, expectations, and required actions.
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, supply chain, field service, and other internal teams to align project requirements and priorities.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting notes, and related documentation.
  • Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project issues to minimize disruption.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management or service delivery supervision experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of electrical power, switchgear, or critical power systems.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and track multiple projects or field activities at the same time.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a bias for action.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with project management or maintenance management software preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant product or industry experience will be considered.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Work Environment:
May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
